Counseling and Coaching Sessions
Initial counseling interview – $150 (50 minutes)
Individual counseling session – $100 (50 minutes)
Life coaching – $70 (1 hour)
We encourage our clients to carefully consider their choices in regard to private or self-pay vs. insurance. If you do choose to use your insurance, Katherine is a provider for the following insurance companies:

- Sentara EAP
- Virginia Health Network

Reiki
$60 per session (1 hour)
$40 per session (30 minutes)
